Clogging Tap/Shoe Care
Once you receive your shoes, maintenance becomes your responsibility. Clogging shoes are dance equipment and require maintenance. Taps need checked after each dance session. Loose nails need driven back into place. A nail set punch and hammer can be used to do this. A shoe last can also be helpful. Taps should be wiped with a soft cloth after use, especially if you are in a high humidity area. Taps should also be stored in a location where they will not be exposed to moisture.
